2.1 Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you — account registration, onboarding forms, support requests, demo requests, surveys;
- Automatically — cookies, web beacons, server logs when you use our Service;
- Third-party integrations you authorize — channel platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com), property management systems (Guesty, Hostfully, OwnerRez, Lodgify, and others) connected via our integrations. These connections are made at your direction and governed by those platforms' own policies. Our integrations are designed with data-minimization controls in mind — we request only the data necessary to provide pricing and compliance automation features.

- Providing, maintaining, and improving our STR pricing and compliance automation platform;

5.2 Verification & Response Timeline
We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may extend by an additional 45 days. You may designate an authorised agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf; we may require written proof of authorisation.
