Four people who've operated STRs, not just built software for them
Every product decision at Strpricely comes from direct experience managing listings, filing permits, and living through the Sunday-night manual pricing ritual.
Four operators, one platform
Isabella spent three years managing a 6-unit STR portfolio across Miami Beach and Brickell before founding Strpricely. She built the original pricing engine in a spreadsheet, broke it on Art Basel weekend, and decided there had to be a better way. She leads product strategy, go-to-market, and customer relationships.
Carlos built the pricing engine and API infrastructure that powers Strpricely. Before Strpricely, he worked on real-time data pipelines at a Miami-based fintech and managed his own Airbnb listing in Wynwood. He owns the architecture decisions on rate update frequency, channel sync reliability, and the compliance alert system.
Priya runs integration partnerships with PMS platforms, channel managers, and OTA channels. She came to Strpricely from a property management background — she previously co-managed a 14-unit vacation rental portfolio in the Florida Keys. She owns the Hostfully, Guesty, OwnerRez, and Lodgify integration relationships.
Jordan built the data infrastructure behind Strpricely's market signal engine — the system that detects upcoming events, monitors competitor rates, and feeds the pricing algorithm. Before Strpricely, Jordan worked on real-time analytics at a logistics startup. Jordan also writes most of the technical posts on the Strpricely blog.
Open roles at Strpricely
We're a small team — every person we add is a significant addition. We look for people who understand STR operations firsthand, not just the software side.
Don't see a fit? We read every inquiry. If you have direct STR operation experience and want to work on tools that solve the problems you've lived, reach out anyway.
Questions? We answer them directly
We're a small team and the founders take demos themselves. Ask us anything about how the pricing engine works, how we handle compliance data, or what the roadmap looks like.
